Toys Market maintains a cordial policy to ensure you have the easiest and most pleasurable shopping experience possible. Both before and after your purchase, we are always here for you. Before completing a transaction, please read the following terms and conditions.

Cancellation

You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. To cancel your orders, send us an email or use your Order ID through the Contact Us form. We will notify you once your order has been cancelled.

Return/Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged product, a product different from what was ordered, or if any part of the product is missing, you may return the product in its original packaging along with the invoice.

To initiate a replacement, you must send an email to care@toysmarket.tm with all necessary details and an unboxing video of the product received within 48 hours of delivery. Customers can request a replacement within 48 hours from the day of delivery. Please note that replacement requests made beyond 48 hours of delivery will not be entertained.

All replacement requests received via email within 48 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video, will be verified within 2 working days. If qualified for a replacement, we will arrange for the product to be picked up within a few days. Upon receipt of the product, it will undergo a review process lasting two days. Once it is confirmed that the product is undamaged and in its original packaging, your replacement will be processed, and the item will be shipped out promptly. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
